Forth Valley u3a

Graphic requesting members to renew membership

No one has to stop being active, just because they retire.

We welcome members from across Stirling, Alloa, Clackmannanshire and the wider Forth Valley area. Forth Valley u3a is for people who want to keep active in mind and body, enjoy socialising, and are no longer in full-time employment. Our members share their knowledge and experience to teach and learn from each other with no exams or qualifications – learning is simply for pleasure.

Our members may join any of the over 70 interest groups, start a new group, attend monthly events such as meetings with an invited speaker, the occasional lunch and quiz along with a variety of cultural and social events throughout the year.
