Membership Information

Constitution, Policies and Trustee Meeting Minutes

Forth Valley u3a is here to support our members and to help make your experience positive and fulfilling. As a charity, we follow a number of important policies that guide how we operate — including data protection, our members’ code of conduct, and our complaints procedure.

We encourage all members to read our constitution, our current policies, and the latest AGM minutes so you can stay informed about how your u3a is run. If you would like to see more detail, you can also request copies of Trustee Meeting minutes.

All of these documents are available on the Documents page of this website.

Forth Valley u3a Members Portal

Our Members Portal is the secure online system where we keep all members' records. With over 600 members, our volunteer Membership Team manages a large amount of administration, so it's a great help when members can update their own details whenever something changes.

You can use the Members Portal to update your home address, phone number, email address, or your preference for receiving the printed copy of Third Age Trust magazine.

You do not need to use the Members Portal to take part in u3a groups. If you're already a member, you can contact any Group Coordinator simply by clicking on the Group Email link on that group's page. Visit our Groups page to browse the full list of activities.
