Join Aoife McKenna as she shares updates from the Smith Museum in Stirling.
The Stirling Smith Art Gallery and Museum, formerly The Smith Institute – was founded in 1874. Established by the bequest of artist Thomas Stuart Smith (1815-1869) on land supplied by the Burgh of Stirling, it is an historic public-private partnership which has continued to the present day.
The Collection at The Smith ranges from the life sized Easy Tiger sculpture by artists Robert and David Mach made from recycled Tunnock's teacakes foil wrappings through to the World’s oldest football.
Tea, coffee, home baking and chat will follow Aoife's talk.
Please register for the event by Monday 15th of February, by clicking on the link by Organiser above.
