Author Bernard Lockett has been a life-long fan of the works of Gilbert & Sullivan. Two of his books are about them and since 2005 he has been a Trustee of the International Gilbert & Sullivan Festival and is also involved with the Festival’s National Gilbert & Sullivan Opera Company.
He has broadcast about their lives and work on BBC Radios 2, 3 & 4 and on several local BBC Radio Stations.
As usual after the talk, there will be an opportunity to chat to friends over tea, coffee and home baking. New members will be made very welcome!
