Over 60's class meets every Tuesday throughout the year at St. Modan's High School Dance Studio. It's a fantastic fun and great for coordination and learning new skills, plus you'll meet a fab bunch of people.

The group's coordinator is Mike Bissett 7th Dan who has represented Scotland on a number of occasions, in Norway, France, Spain as well as in the UK. Mike is a member of the ISKS (International Shotokan-ryu Karate–do Shihankai) - an organisation of the world’s most senior martial arts instructors of all styles. Membership of this body is limited to instructors of 5th Dan and above, only after a detailed examination of their credentials and experience.

In 2022, the ISKS awarded Mike the accolade of kyoshi (equivalent to professor in western academia) in recognition of his teaching abilities. Please email Mike by clicking on the link next to Group email above for more information.
