Citizens Advice Bureau Clackmannanshire, in partnership with Citizens Advice Scotland, will launch a five-week volunteer recruitment campaign in mid-January 2026. The campaign will highlight the many ways people can get involved and the positive impact volunteering has on local communities.
We in the u3a know that many people in later life want to stay active, use their experience in meaningful ways and stay connected within their community — volunteering with Citizens Advice is a great way to do this. Volunteers at Citizens Advice gain a real sense of purpose by helping others, sharing their skills, and learning new ones. It's also a wonderful way to meet new people, stay mentally active and make a difference close to home.
More information on the recruitment campaign and how you can volunteer will be featured in the February edition of the Information Update.
